RELM Interiors also specialises in roof replacements and house extensions. Extensions could include building into the rear garden in order to enlargen a kitchen or lounge area. Adding bi fold doors and a skylight increases the amount of daylight thus adding to the feeling of spacet; creating the ideal environment to eat and relax in.

Southdown Road Wimbledon; Loft Conversion: Heap to gable

The project included converting the loft from heap to gable, adding a dormer onto the external roof, adding a staircase from the first to new top floor and full double bedroom and en suite fit and decoration.

Wimbledon Townhouse Rear Extension

The process of a rear extension into a back garden of a town house in Wimbledon. After levelling the rear outside space to be level with the ground floor of the house, we built steps down to the lower garden level; the kitchen bifold doors open out onto a large patio area, with the steps taking you down to a back garden lawn.

Work In Progress...

We are currently converting a loft space in Morden in order to add an extra room to the house; this includes replacing the entire roof structure and fitting a dormer. Our current projects also include extending a house into the rear garden; creating a large, bright and open kitchen and lounge space enhanced by large skylight and bi fold doors.

Rear Garden Terrace & Brick Built Barbecue

As part of rear extension we are currently building this rear terrace to include a brck built barbecue and seating area.

Recently RELM Interiors designed and fitted this green and pearl onyx tiled bathroom for a master bedroom en suite. The renovation includes a smart toilet and spotlit bath. The shower room on the right includes a walk in shower, crittall shower screen and gold shower fittings.
